Four wheeled - Not Tracked.



  • * Age 16 - for tractors less than 2.45 metres wide, it must only pull trailers less than 2.45 metres wide with - two wheels or four wheels - close-coupled.
  • Legally No Licence Required - To Drive a Tractor - If driven off public roads - However if used off or on the public roads - Failure to protect your drivers with clear instructions of use and supervision will put you in breach of your Duty of Care!

Red Diesel used in any vehicle cannot be driven on public roads unless and we quote HM Revenue & Customs "Only vehicles which are specifically excluded from the legal definition of "road vehicle" may use rebated heavy oil (Red Diesel) as road fuel. These are known as "excepted vehicles". Unless the vehicle is included in that section it counts as a "road vehicle" and must use fully duty paid fuel."
