A Company Vehicle Driver who drives on Company Business, Must be on Your approved checklist before you hand over the keys!

A Company Vehicle used on Company Business, Must also be on Your approved checklist before you hand over the keys!

"It's not what you have done but what you can prove you have done!" You can only prove it to the company and authorities by keeping current records!

Don't forget, that any negligence or failure of duty of care as a result of any action or proceedings taken against the vehicle or driver under Current Legislation can now include the company or organisation on whose business they were being driven or driving!

A simple spreadsheet checklist, with dates and files of all documents, will take little time to set up and as long as you keep the checks current you will save yourself and your company or organisation a lot of grief from the authorities or the disgruntled employee!
