IT MAY BE CALLED...

An Organisation

An organisation depending on how you spell it (z or s) is any social, legal or religious arrangement which pursues collective goals – Police, Church, School, Co-op, charity, membership clubs etc.

A Company

Is a form of business organisation. In the legal field, a company is specifically a corporation - or, less commonly, an association, partnership, or union - that carries on a commercial or industrial enterprise. Generally, a company may be a PLC (Public Limited Company) or LTD (Limited).

A Partnership

Is a type of business entity in which partners (owners) share with each other the profits or losses of the business undertaking in which all have invested.

A Sole Trader

Or simply Trader, is a type of business entity which legally has no separate existence from its owner.

Any Driver or Vehicle used on Business in any form from the School teacher taking little Nikki home with a cut finger or the church warden taking the Alter Cloth to the dry cleaners - to the heavy goods vehicle on its way with 20 tonnes of white goods - All are owed a Duty of Care by any of the above!

This means all must have "Business Insurance" of one type or another for all vehicles used on any business of that company or organisation.
