Penalty points for 40, 50, 60, 70, 90 start from: - Date of the offence The Penalty points remain on the licence for: - Four (4) Years Date of offence is 10th January 2000 – the endorsement points must stay on the licence until 10th January 2004.# Penalty points for 10, 20, 30, 80 start from: - Date of conviction # # The Penalty points remain on the licence for: - Eleven (11) Years # Example: Date of conviction is 10th January 2000 – the endorsement points must stay on the licence until 10th January 2011. “Totting-up” penalty points If you build up 12 or more penalty points within a period of three years, you’ll be liable to be disqualified under the “totting-up” system. This is shown on your licence as TT99. Information on your driving entitlement and endorsements are sent to the courts and police on request.
Normal people who live next door or who you work with when they drink or take drugs often turn into not very nice people but then on top of this they drive! This could be
vehicles humour but drink or drugs make it
silly, sad and dangerous all at the same time!
